Snow Heading Our Way

A cold start to the week as we could see snow midweek before a weekend warm-up in time for the Eagles' NFC Championship game at Lincoln Financial Field.

Temperatures will stay well below the normal high of 40 degrees and light winds will make it feel like it's in the low 20s through the day.

A clipper system moving through the Midwest will bring us snow later Tuesday and into Wednesday.

Clippers usually bring light snowfall to our area and this one will, too. The snow will first arrive in Berks and Lehigh counties during Tuesday afternoon.

Snow is then expected to spread across the Delaware Valley during the evening hours.

Wednesday morning, light snow will be accumulating in Delaware and New Jersey.

Snow totals will likely be a bit higher in the Lehigh Valley and Pocono Mountains, but even an inch or two will be enough to make roads slippery.

The rest of the week will be dry and unseasonably cold air will linger through Thursday. Friday begins a warming trend that continues through the weekend.
