SEPTA Offers Credit Program for Unused TransPasses

As SEPTA services return to normal after the strike, the transportation company is launching a Credit Program for unused Weekly and Monthly TransPasses.

For all unused Weekly and Monthly TransPasses, SEPTA will offer a credit voucher that will be good towards the purchase of another SEPTA fare product.

Customers must turn in their unused passes to receive the voucher so do not throw away any unused passes.

The requests for fare credits for unused TransPasses will be honored through Jan. 31, 2017.

If a customer purchased a Weekly TransPass for Oct. 31 through Nov. 6, they will receive a $20 credit voucher which will be available Nov. 9.

For a Weekly TransPass valid Nov. 7 through Nov. 13, SEPTA is offering a $4 credit voucher available on Nov. 14.

For Monthly TransPasses valid through Nov. 1 through Nov. 30, the transportation company is offering a $21 credit voucher beginning Dec. 1.

SEPTA customers who receive TransPass products through ComPass, an Employer Program or a PreTax Benefit Program must send their unused pass by mail to SEPTA SIP REFUNDS at 1234 Market Street, 9th Floor Philadelphia, PA 19107 for credit.

SEPTA Key Card customers with unused TransPasses on any of the dates listed above must contact the the SEPTA Key Customer Call Center at 855.567.3782 for information on how to receive credit.
