SEPTA Bus Has Windows Shot Out

Bullets sailed through a SEPTA bus on Tuesday afternoon, shattering its windows.

The Route 54 bus was traveling down Lehigh Avenue between 15th and 16th Street in North Philadelphia around 2:30 p.m. when it was hit by the gunfire, SEPTA said.

Two of the windows were shot out. Police are on the scene investigating and say it's likely that a BB gun was used in the shooting.

Officials say there were passengers on-board the bus. No one was hurt.
