Man With Autism Found After Overnight Ordeal

A 60-year-old Philadelphia man with autism has been located and is unharmed after a mistake with a ride-sharing service led to an overnight ordeal.

Tyrone Harris was on his way to a dance Friday evening at a Philadelphia non-profit that supports people with disabilities, police and family members said, when he mistakenly got into the wrong ride-sharing car.

The driver let him out and a good samaritan helped him to a bus, which Harris rode for some time, unwilling to go out into the cold night. The bus driver called police to get Harris help.

He was found at about 5 a.m. Saturday, Harris' family said.
