School Bus Crash in Trenton, 9 Minor Injures

Nine high school students suffered minor injuries when their school bus collided with two cars and hit a house

A school bus crashed in Trenton, N.J. on Friday afternoon after a car ran a stop sign. The bus then hit two parked cars and then hit a house. Police told us that the driver of the car that blew the stop sign fled the scene on foot.

Nine students suffered minor injuries. Raymond Broach, Trenton School District Superintendent, told us they were all taken to St. Francis hospital, checked out and released.

The accident happened in the 700 block of Division Street in Chambersburg, a section of the city, around 2:45 p.m.

The view from Chopper 10 showed one car with the front end pretty beat up, and the front of the yellow bus right up against the front window of what looks to be a twin. Police said that home is vacant.

The students are from Notre Dame High School in Laurence Township, New Jersey.
