Man Charged After Fatal Fight Outside of New Jersey Restaurant

Authorities say a southern New Jersey man has been charged with manslaughter after a fight led to a man's death.

Vineland police Lt. Matthew Finley told the Press of Atlantic City that 22-year-old Pedro Santos was charged with manslaughter after the fatal fight outside of a restaurant on Thursday.

Finley says that Santos got into a fight that may have started with an argument over a woman with 29-year-old Joel Medina, of Millville.

Medina fell and hit the ground and was found unconscious in a parking lot. Finley says no weapons were found.

Santos was in Cumberland County jail on $500,000 bail and it wasn't immediately clear if he had an attorney. Santos was arrested on Saturday.
