The Florida developer trying to salvage a deal to buy Atlantic City's former Revel casino claims the casino's owners told him they have "many'' buyers for it.
In a Sunday filing with a bankruptcy court, the lawyer for Glenn Straub asserts that Revel AC has told him they have other buyers for the casino hotel.
There was no immediate comment from Revel.
Both sides are due in court Tuesday, when a bankruptcy judge will decide whether to approve Revel's termination of the $95.4 million sale to Straub's Polo North Country Club.
But that hearing is in doubt due to a significant snowstorm approaching the region.
Judge Gloria Burns has already denied Straub's bid to extend the deadline to complete the sale; the deadline was Feb. 9.
