A pop-up beer garden near the Reading Viaduct Rail Park is closer to a summer opening than the current unkempt plot of land at 10th and Hamilton streets would lead one to believe.
The Democratic National Convention Committee distributed materials to members of the media Tuesday as part of an informational meeting that included suggestions on how the out-of-town press could spend their time.
