Port Authority: DWI Man Overturns Car on Bridge

Authorities say a man with a blood-alcohol level three times the legal limit flipped his car on the Bayonne Bridge.

The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey said that 30-year-old Vadimir Dickens, of Newark, was charged with DWI on Monday. He was released and ordered to return to court next Monday.

The Port Authority says he overturned his Infinity G20 in a northbound lane on the bridge near the Avenue A section in Bayonne around 12:50 a.m.

Police say his speech was slurred and he smelled of liquor. He wasn't seriously injured and got out of the car on his own.
