Police Hunt for Possible Serial Attacker

Police send out composite sketch

Philadelphia police is asking for help to find a man they think may be a serial attacker.  Four women were attacked last week.  All of the attacks were within blocks of each other.  All happened between the hours of 7pm and 11:30pm.  The most recent attack was also the most vicious.  So police really want to catch the man before he strikes again.

The latest attack happened the night of October 22 on the fifth floor of the Clinton Court Apartments at 9th and Clinton Street.

A masked man forced his way into a couple's apartment at knife point, tied them up and sexually assaulted the woman, police said.

The other attacks happened in the 700 block of South 12th Street, the 1100 block of Lombard Street, and the 1300 block of South Clarion Street.

Police describe the suspect as 6’0" - 6’2” in height with a medium build.

One victim described him as wearing a black knit ski mask and gloves, a white thermal zip-up jacket, blue jeans, and black Nike sneakers.

Police had no further details on the attacks on Monday.

Police are hoping someone who knows something will pick up the phone now and call them:  215-685-3251 or 215-686-8477 (TIPS).
