Hatboro Police are investigating a hit and run accident on Sunday that claimed the life of a 25-year-old father and husband.
It happened around 2:30 a.m. as Rolando Dominguez-Villada walked along the 500 block of South Warminster Road. Villada had finished his shift at a nearby Ruby Tuesday.
Villada's family claims that he usually took the bus to a stop near his home in Horsham. They don't know why he was walking in Hatboro Township, more than two miles from his house.

While walking a car allegedly knocked Dominguez-Villada into the roadway, sources said. Then some time later a second car hit him dragging him several hundred feet and could have killed him, according to sources.
Both cars involved in the accident fled the scene.
Sources say that a woman came forward Sunday morning after noticing damage to her vehicle. Police questioned that woman and released her, said sources.
Her car was impounded and authorities were investigating if it was involved, according to sources.
Police are still looking for the first car that hit Dominguez-Villada.
"We know based on the nature of the injuries and other evidence that was found that there was damage to the driver's side mirror," said Montgomery County District Attorney, Risa Vetri Ferman.
Anyone with information on the accident can contact the Hatboro Police Department at 215-675-2832.
