Delaware State Police are on the hunt for a sex offender who they say failed to re-register his current address.
Bret S. Kauffman Jr., 36, of Georgetown, Delaware, is a high risk Tier 3 sex offender, according to investigators. Police say Kauffman never registered his new address and never notified the Sex Offender Apprehension and Registration Unit of his status within three days, which is required by law.
Kauffman is described as a white male standing 6-foot-2, weighing 205 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes.
