Police Search for 2 Sex Offenders: Cops

Police are on the hunt for two sex offenders who allegedly failed to re-register their addresses.

Police are on the hunt for two Delaware sex offenders who they say failed to re-register their addresses.

Police say Jeremy Kopp, 33, of Dover, failed to register his new address and notify Sex Offender Apprehension and Registration Unit (S.O.A.R.) within three days, which is required by law.
Police say Kopp is a medium risk Tier 2 sex offender. He is described as a white male standing 5-foot-7 and weighing 175 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes.

Police say the second suspect is Thomas Burger, 23, also of Dover. Burger, who investigators say is a medium risk, Tier 2 sex offender, has failed to verify his homeless status since last February, according to police. Police also say Burger had previously registered as homeless in the Dover area and failed to update his status within 30 days as required by law.

Burger is described as a white male, standing at 5-foot-11 and weighing 170 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes.
