A Philadelphia police officer suffered a minor hand injury when he lost control of his cruiser and crashed into several parked cars and a fence.
Police say slick roads from an overnight snowstorm likely played a role in the crash around 12:15 a.m. on Byberry Road in Northeast Philadelphia.
