A Philadelphia police officer was hospitalized early Sunday morning after the officer's cruiser crashed into a tree in the city's Chinatown section.
Officials said the officer suffered non-life-threatening injuries in the crash, which happened near 11th and Race streets about 3 a.m. The officer was being treated at Hahnemann University Hospital and is expected to be OK.
