Police charged two men they say attacked and robbed a cyclist along a popular New Jersey bike path.
The victim was targeted by his attackers as he biked the path near Spruce Street on Sept. 25.
Detectives Shawn Owne and Robert Harte said their investigation revealed the attack was spurred by an ongoing dipute.
John Rosario, 24, and Kristiyan Aleksandrov, 25, face robbery and assault chargers.
Both were held in Atlantic County Jail in lieu of bail.
