Police: 3 Uniform Shirts Taken from Officer's Home

State police say three uniform shirts from three different police departments have been stolen from the home of a police officer in east-central Pennsylvania.

Troopers from the Frackville barracks say the shirts were discovered missing Friday from a home in Union Township, Schuylkill County, but could have been taken as early as June 8.

The officer who owns the home works for Mount Carmel Borough. But the shirts taken were from previous part-time police jobs the officers had in Frackville, Ashland and Butler Township.

State police say the thieves might have also taken a bullet-proof Kevlar vest from the home.

Police say green storage containers including sports memorabilia and a baseball card collection were also stolen.
