Founded in 1976 by a Montessori educator, Please Touch Museum began as a pilot project in Philadelphia’s Academy of Natural Sciences, "nestled among the dinosaur skeletons and woolly mammoths".
In 1983, it relocated to a three-story building in the heart of Philly’s museum district, and in 2008, it opened the doors of its current location in Memorial Hall.
Web visitors can vote for their favorite name out of the final five through September 25th.
The winner will be announced at Please Touch Museum’s birthday party event October 7th.
