Caught on Cam: Man With Toddler Robs Philly Rite Aid: Police

Police are searching for a man who they say was caught on camera robbing a Philadelphia Rite Aid while with a toddler.

The unidentified man and young boy entered the Rite Aid on the 1300 block of East Washington Lane back on March 14 at 4 p.m. The man then stole two boxes of diapers with a total value of $60 and then left the store, police said.
