Philadelphia police are investigating the discovery of a body behind an apartment building Tuesday morning.
The body of a male was found about 7 a.m. behind a building in the 1400 block of 71st Avenue in the city’s West Oak Lane section.
Investigators say the victim was a white male, aged 40-50, who was shot once in the head.
The male’s identity wasn’t immediately known.
No weapon has been recovered, police said.
So far, no arrests have been made.
