A Philadelphia Police officer suffered injuries after two police vehicles crashed early Monday.
The wreck happened at E Clearfield and Gaul streets in the city’s Port Richmond section.
One officer was taken to Aria-Torresdale Hospital for observation. Investigators said that officer is expected to be OK.
Investigators said the wreck involved no other vehicles. The crash left visible damage to the door of a police cruiser and damage to the back lights of a police SUV.
Police wouldn’t elaborate what call the officers were headed to when their vehicles collided.
