At least one person was injured in a a fire that ripped through a Philadelphia apartment building Saturday morning.
Firefighters responded to reports of smoke and flames in a residential property on the 3000 block of Frankford Avenue in the Kensington section of the city around 6:30 a.m.
The adult victim was taken to a local hospital for treatment.
Crews got the blaze under control shortly after arriving on the scene.
No word yet on the cause of the fire.
