Police are investigating a hit-and-run accident in Chester.
It happened just before 9:30 p.m. at West 2nd and Hayes streets. Police say a person was hit by a burgundy Ford Focus which was last seen traveling down Route 201 towards Trainer and Lower Chichester.
Police have not yet revealed the identity of the victim or the severity of the victim’s injuries.
