Woman Brandishing Garden Hoe ‘Moons' Neighbor During Dispute: Report

A Pennsylvania woman "mooned" her neighbor during a dispute, according to a report.

The reported incident happened about 3:30 p.m. on November 30 on Martha Lane in Penn Forest Township.

WFMZ-TV reports Pennsylvania State Troopers were called to the home for the report of a neighbor making threats.

The report states a neighbor told investigators her 55-year-old neighbor ran toward her house brandishing a garden hoe and screaming she was going to kill her and her entire family.

The woman was getting out of her car with her daughter when she was confronted.

According to the report, State Police reviewed surveillance footage of the incident and saw the woman “expose her bare backside” to the victim.

The accused, who was not identified, faces several charges.
