A bike stunt turned deadly in Perry County.
A man died after jumping a bicycle off a ramp in Saville on Saturday.
The county coroner tells Pennlive.com 46-year-old Sandy Forlizzi sustained a fractured spine after crashing the bike.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
