A restaurant and hospitality group that owns scores of franchises in the region has sold at least four of its Wendy’s locations in South Jersey in transactions worth more than $8.2 million.
Property records show an LLC tied to The Briad Group sold the properties in Voorhees, Berlin and Haddon townships in Camden County, as well as one in Edgewater Park, Burlington County.
Each was sold to a different buyer, three of whom are LLCs tied to investors in California, Connecticut and Alabama.
The Briad Group declined to comment. The company operates three divisions focused on fast food, casual dining and lodging.
