I recently interviewed Nick Fifis for my Social Capital feature. You may not immediately know his name, but if you spend any time in South Jersey, especially in Cherry Hill, you know the restaurant he runs.
The term "landmark" is bandied about way too loosely by the media to describe restaurants. In Fifis' case it may be an understatement. His family operates Ponzio's, the diner (and more) that has sat at Route 70 and Kings Highway for five decades.
