Mayor-elect Jim Kenney has tapped a city leader during Ed Rendell's time in the Mayor's Office to serve as the city's first Director of Planning and Development – a new position voters added to the cabinet in November.
In the newly created with the city, Anne Fadullon will oversee Division of Zoning and Planning, the Division of Development Services and the Division of Housing and Community Development.
Fadullon has worked at Dale Corp. for the last 15 years, and has administered more than 125 residential and commercial development projects. Prior to her position as director of development with the Glenside, Pa.-based construction management firm, Fadullon served as the director of development at the Redevelopment Authority under then-Mayor Ed Rendell.
