Campbell's to Eliminate Artificial Colors, Flavors

Campbell Soup Co. announced Wednesday it would be doing away with artificial ingredients as it becomes a more health-focused company.

The Camden, N.J.-based company said it would be eliminating all artificial coloring and flavors from its North American portfolio by the end of fiscal 2018, and that it will be moving away from the use of high fructose corn syrup in certain products by the end of fiscal 2017.

The company will also move away from using high fructose corn syrup in most of its new products set to launch in fiscal 2016 in its Americas Simple Meals and Beverage division.
