The owner of Joe’s Steaks and Soda Shop opened his second location, in Fishtown, on Wednesday, and he’s already thinking about expanding outside the city.
Joe Groh opened the second Joe’s Steaks location at Frankford and Girard avenues 26 years after purchasing the 66-year-old business in 1999.
The second spot only has a few days of operation under its belt, but Groh has his sights on opening a spot along the Jersey Shore.
