Philadelphia police are searching for two suspects wanted for stealing a Papal Flag days after the historic Papal visit.
On Tuesday, September 22, at 6:30 a.m., the suspects were captured on surveillance video in a white Jeep, circling the 600 block of South 27th Street.
On the third time circling, the suspects pulled over. A passenger got out of the car, took a Papal Flag from the street, and hurried back to the vehicle in front of the victim's home.
