Plenty of Sun in This Week’s NBC10 First Alert Weather

We're in for plenty of sun as high temps hover in the 50s for most of this week. NBC10 First Alert Weather meteorologist Bill Henley has the forecast, including what to expect this weekend.

In fact, skies will be clear Monday for the entire area. Wilmington had a low of 37 degrees Monday morning, but with sunshine, temps should peak in the low 50s in the afternoon.

The radar and satellite shows that we're in the clear. The nearest clouds are to the north and west and will stay out of the picture for all of our neighborhoods Monday, resulting in low 50s across the board.

on Monday night it will get chilly in a hurry, thanks to clear skies and lighter winds.

By Tuesday morning, some neighborhoods will be below freezing.
