As the official broadcast partner of Wawa Welcome America, NBC10 and Telemundo62 will produce special coverage of the more than 50 free events throughout the week. NBC10 and Telemundo62 will air the Celebration of Freedom Ceremony and The United States of America’s Independence Day Parade live from Independence Hall on Wednesday, July 4. NBC10 will broadcast the Wawa Welcome America July 4th Concert and Fireworks on Wednesday, July 4th live from the Benjamin Franklin Parkway during prime time in its entirety from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.
The live concert and coverage will also be live streamed on NBC10.com and on Telemundo62.com and can be viewed on any screen – TV, iPad or tablet, smartphone, etc. It will also be made available on Xfinity On Demand. Comcast NBCUniversal is the presenting media partner of the festival providing exclusive service ranging from broadcast to communications.

Tuesday, July 3
5:30 p.m. - Telemundo62 will air “Wawa Welcome America,” a 30-minute show hosted by anchor/reporter Iris Delgado that will preview all the exciting events planned for July 4th in Spanish.
7 p.m. - NBC10 will air “Everything Wawa Welcome America,” a 30-minute show that will recap all of the events from the first five days of the Welcome America festival and preview what’s to come for July 4th.
Wednesday, July 4

10 a.m. – NBC10 will air “NBC10 Presents: Wawa Welcome America Celebration of Freedom,” from 10 a.m. to Noon, featuring the Celebration of Freedom Ceremony and The United States of America’s Independence Day Parade live from Independence Hall hosted by Tracy Davidson and Bill Henley. Telemundo62 will also air the coverage in Spanish which will be hosted by anchor/reporter Iris Delgado and reporter Christian Cazares.
7 p.m. - NBC10 will air the “Wawa Welcome America July 4th Concert on the Parkway” live from 7 to 9:30 p.m. featuring the Philly POPS BIG Band, special guests Heather Headley and Viva Mas, and headliner Grammy award winning Pitbull. The concert will air in Spanish on the TeleXitos network.
9:30 p.m. - NBC10 will air Fireworks on the Parkway from 9:30 to 10 p.m. TeleXitos will also air the coverage in Spanish.
10 p.m. - NBC10 will air Macy’s 4th of July Fireworks Spectacular from 10 p.m. to midnight
12 a.m. - NBC10 will air local news with Jim Rosenfield at midnight
Thursday, July 5
7 p.m. – NBC10 will air “Best of the July 4th Parkway Celebration,” coverage highlights of the 4th of July Fireworks and Concert on the Parkway from 7 to 8 p.m.
Sunday, July 8
12 p.m. – NBC10 will air “Best of the July 4th Parkway Celebration” from 12 to 1 p.m.
6 p.m. – COZI-TV will air “Best of the July 4th Parkway Celebration” from 6 to 7 p.m.
