Man, Teen Charged in NJ Abduction, Sex Assault

Authorities say the two males approached an 18-year-old woman after she got off a bus Monday night and forced her into Irvington Park.

Essex County, New Jersey authorities have charged a man and a teenager with abducting and sexually assaulting a college student at gunpoint.

Police on Tuesday arrested 26-year-old Derrick Baker of Newark and a 17-year-old from the city on kidnapping, robbery and aggravated sexual assault charges.
 
The juvenile's name has not been released because of his age.

It's not known if they have hired lawyers.
