Police arrested a man who they say set fire to three cars in Delaware County earlier this month.
On Thursday, February 2, around 2:50 a.m., the vehicle fires were discovered outside townhomes on the 400 block of Derry Drive in Aston Township, Pa.
All three cars were destroyed. Police say the tires of two of the burned vehicles were flattened and slashed during a previous incident on January 28.
Police arrested Michael Anthony Testa, 28, of Philadelphia first for the tire incident. Now he'll be charged with arson. Police say the targeted vehicles belonged to Testa’s ex-girlfriend and her current boyfriend.
Testa is currently in the Delaware County Prison. He will be arraigned for the new Arson charges on Wednesday.
