A man was shot to death in Philadelphia’s Tioga section.
It happened at around 2:30 a.m. Friday in the 4200 block of Wayne Avenue.
The victim was found inside a vehicle that had crashed into some parked cars, police said.
There is no word on suspects or a motive.
