The Delaware State Fire Marshal's office has arrested a 29-year-old Wilmington man for setting a house on fire in Edgemoor Gardens.

Officials say Estaban Santiago was arrested Sunday afternoon and charged with second-degree arson. The fire was reported shortly after midnight.
Investigators say the fire was intentionally started inside the home. It caused about $5,000 in damage.
Investigators say Santiago had been staying in the home at the time of the fire.
