A southwestern Pennsylvania man has been charged with criminal homicide in the shooting death of a man with whom police say he had been drinking.
State police in Green County said 52-year-old Randy Flynn Anderson was arrested in the death of 42-year-old Terry Weyrick of Cameron, West Virginia.
Police allege that the two had been drinking at Anderson's home in Aleppo when they began to argue, and Anderson got a rifle and shot the victim shortly after 1 a.m. Friday.
The (Washington) Observer-Reporter reported that Weyrick's body was found by a relative in his pickup truck.
Anderson was held on a criminal homicide charge and a firearms count. Court documents don't list an attorney representing him.
