The lawyer for a jailed 10-year-old Pennsylvania boy says there's "no real question" his client beat a 90-year-old woman to death.
Wayne County Chief Public Defender Scott Bennett said Wednesday he's working to get the boy mental health help.
Bennett spoke to reporters after waiving the boy's preliminary hearing. He says he wants the case moved to juvenile court.
The boy is charged as an adult with criminal homicide in the Oct. 11 death of Helen Novak at the home of his grandfather, Novak's caretaker.
