Lawsuit Alleges 911 Dispatchers Refused to Take Spanish Calls

A new lawsuit states that local 911 dispatch workers don’t have the right training and equipment. The suit also claims that they some dispatchers have even hung up on callers. NBC10’s Lauren Winfrey has reaction from Philadelphians who have experienced difficulties.
