The massive King of Prussia Mall outside Philadelphia plans an expansion that will add 40 additional retailers and link together the mall's two buildings.
Mall owner Simon Property Group hasn't set a date for construction to begin on the 140,000-square-foot expansion that will join the Court and Plaza buildings. The two wings are currently connected by a covered outdoor walkway.
King of Prussia Mall is one of the county's largest, with more than 2 million square feet of mostly upscale retail and restaurant space. The mall is already getting a 122,000-square-foot expansion that's currently under construction.
