Jackknifed Tractor-Trailer Causes Major Delays on Ben Franklin Bridge

Lumber all over the road is causing major delays on the Ben Franklin Bridge Thursday morning.

A jackknifed tractor-trailer spilled the lumber on the roadway blocking the four left lanes of the bridge near Vine Street.

Two right lanes in that area are open, but drivers traveling from New Jersey into Philadelphia should expect major delays.
