Philadelphia's newest skyscraper, the Comcast Technology Center, is designed for some of Comcast's most forward-leaning technologists — but it uses natural elements, including live trees, organic interior finishes and floor-to-ceiling windows, to create a warm workspace built for collaboration. At 1,121 feet tall, the new 60-story Comcast Technology Center will be Philadelphia's tallest skyscraper, topping the Comcast Center. And yes, there is a small statue of Billy Penn at the top.

Inside the new Comcast Technology Center, a two-story market will offer La Colombe coffee; chef-created, healthy fresh food; and locally sourced ingredients. The kitchen staff even grow fresh herbs in window boxes and then use them in the food.
The market and all the floors of the new Comcast Technology Center are built to encourage collaboration among technologists and creators.
