The Four Seasons has appointed Ben Shank to serve as the general manager for the new hotel. Shank started his career at the original Four Seasons in Philadelphia, and has worked at different branches of the hotel around the world.

The Hotel will occupy the top floors, 48 to 60, in the $1.5 billion, 1,121-foot Comcast Technology Center.

The Four Seasons
The hotel will include 217 rooms, including 38 suites. “Upon its completion, it will be the most highly situated hotel above street-level in North America," John Gattuso, senior vice president and regional director for Liberty Property Trust says. "The hotel will offer visitors stunning views and provide a world-class amenity to this vibrant urban location.”

In addition to sprawling views of the city, there will be a luxury spa and salon, as well as in indoor pool for guests to enjoy.

On the top floor, the Four Seasons restaurant will give diners unparalleled 360-degree views of the city. There will also be a restaurant on the ground floor as well.
