The Department of Correction said 24-year-old Felecia Morris of Dover died Tuesday at Christiana Hospital, where she was taken Saturday.

Officials said Morris was arrested Thursday on charges that included shoplifting and disorderly conduct. She was being held on $3,000 secured bail when she was found unresponsive in her single-occupant cell.
