Record-Breaker? Temps to Push Into the 70s This Week

As the eyes of the world focus on the Winter Olympics in chilly South Korea, our area will be experience possibly record-breaking warmth. Temps are expected to push into the upper 70's by midweek.

The Winter Olympics are in full swing in South Korea, but around here wintry conditions are going to take a major break, with record warmth just around the corner! Monday, clouds are on the increasing and a few showers are likely, but it will be mild all day.

In Philadelphia, Wednesday will be so warm, it will approach the all-time record high for the entire month of February of 79 degrees. Even at 78 degrees, the high will be 33 degrees above normal.
