6,000-Gallon Liquid Nitrogen Tank Leaks in Philly

Philadelphia firefighters responded to a industrial area in the Port Richmond neighborhood overnight after a 6,000-gallon liquid nitrogen tank began leaking.

No one was evacuated from the area of Tulip and Tioga streets after the leak was reported around 1 a.m. Wednesday.

No injuries were reported as hazmat crews got the leak under control, said firefighters.
