UPDATE: Police released the man's identity and video of the aftermath of the alleged incident.
A man was arrested after he allegedly forcibly kissed a SEPTA officer.
Police say the man grabbed the transit officer at the 69th Street Terminal in Upper Darby around 3:30 p.m. Monday and kissed her against her will. The man was arrested at the location and charged with assault and other related offenses. The transit officer was not injured.
Police have not yet released the suspect’s identity.
