Philadelphia has been inching toward the trend of being a locally grown, farm-to-table restaurant industry for the past few years, and it's become the biggest thing since sliced bread in the past year.

Heck, the amount of restaurant adding "healthful" items into their menus even rose this year, according to Food Genius.

2014 is about to come to a close, so what about next year? I spoke with a few local experts — including this guy named Jose Garces — about what they think the biggest culinary trends will be next year.
