To help with the surprise, Officer Dorman’s father George Dorman was in on the secret, and took the Jeep in for “routine maintenance.” George Dorman assisted the Turn5 team with making the Jeep’s upgrades, alongside fellow SDJC club members, family and friends from Folcroft Police and Bowers Fire Company 40.

“When the SDJC came to us with the idea to customize Officer Dorman’s Jeep, we didn’t hesitate to take on this project,” said Voudouris. “This is our way of saying thank you to Officer Dorman for his service to our community, and we hope he has a blast showing off his new Jeep in-front of all these enthusiasts."

Some new enhancements to the customized Jeep include a lift-kit, supercharger, new rear and front bumpers with a wench, LED light bars and headlights, as well as new, bigger tires, to name a few. In addition, Officer Dorman’s Jeep displays a custom vinyl decal of his badge number, completely unique to his Wrangler.
